Locates in the southwestern part of Inner Mongolia, is the upriver of  the Rellow River. It adjacent the Ordos  Tableland in the east,  connects Ningxia Province in the south. The size is 1,682sq km, with a population of 434,900. The Baolan  railway, No. 110 and 109 national roads pass through. Warm Temperate Zone Climate make the temperature between day and night differs very much, it fits for the growth of the vegetable and fruit, especially the grape. The grape grown here contains high sugar, without pollution, and with the high yield and the better quality, it was ever named by the National Agriculture Department as the Fine Green Product. Formed the industry system supported by the energy, construction materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and machinery.
